As part of the Open907 programme, the calendar of special openings with guided tours, music, theatre and initiatives dedicated to enhancing industrial heritage, the first of the four appointments of A Sunday at the Museum, the free guided tour open to the public by reservation every second Sunday of the month, was also a great success on 12 July.

Now AREA907 is closing for the summer holidays!

It will reopen to the public in September for Risò, the International Rice Festival, with an intense weekend of cultural offerings.

On Saturday 12 September, there will be three afternoon guided tours by reservation, plus the evening theatre performance “Canale Cavour. Tutto e solo di braccia e di badile“, the extraordinary story of the construction of the 83-km-long canal that crosses 23 municipalities in 3 different provinces and transformed the landscape of the Piedmont plain.

On Sunday 13 September, there will be a morning guided tour by reservation for the second appointment with A Sunday at the Museum.
